I have been trying for about two years to eat healthier and exercise more. The three questions I get all the time are:
- What am I eating?
- Where do I find the time?
- Why bother?
I am going to start by answering the last question – Why bother? That’s simple; I want to live to be 110. When I was about 25 I decided I was going to live to 110. When I was 33 it hit me it wasn’t going to happen eating Burger King.

delicious recipe I’ll share it with you.

The blog is great. I was shooting for 95 but 110 is way better.
